And there’s the option to apply for a bigger grant if a station needs an extra bit of love. “The work we do enhances the station for the local community and all arriving at Dumfries station to visit the town, and certainly makes our volunteers feel fulfilled doing what they love best.”
Timorous Beastie is a successful hot drinks horsebox in Stirling Station, providing commuters and other rail travellers with a warm drink for their onward journey or as they arrive in Stirling.
