THE House Committee on Appropriations terminated in less than half an hour the deliberations for the P10.7 billion proposed budget for the Office of the President on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

It was opposed by ACT Teachers party-list Representative France Castro and Kabataan party-list Representative Raoul Manuel as they sought answers for their concerns, including the alleged abuse being committed by the Anti-Terrorism Council in terms of designating terrorists. “Ang problema lang kasi ‘pag nag delisting, there should be more evidence to be presented dahil the process was already completed.
