Aside from the suspension, the committee report — presented by the panel chair and COOP NATCCO party-list Rep. Felimon Espares — also stated Teves would be stripped of all his committee memberships.
He had cited security concerns after a Special Investigation Task Group tagged him as the mastermind in the killing of Negros Oriental governor Roel Degamo.
