Houston mayor names committee members who will conduct independent review on HPD's suspended cases
– The mayor of the city of Houston is expected to announce the names of those he appointed to conduct an independent review of the Houston Police Department following the recent discovery of thousands of suspended cases, including those pertaining to sexual assault.
