Democratic state Representative Shawn Thierry’s list of political contributors reads like a who’s who of Republican mega-donors and Christian nationalist public school defunders.

During this election cycle, he received $58,000 from Charter Schools Now, $79,000 from the Texas Sands PAC, and $10,000 from the Family Empowerment Coalition.
