Salzano says she has first-hand experience of her son’s miracles. One night, after she had been trying to have another child for years, Acutis appeared to her in a dream, telling her that she would become a mother again. On the anniversary of Acutis’s death in 2010, when Salzano was 44, she gave birth to twins, Francesca and Michele.
