"If you go through any human rights reports about any country in Latin America then pretty much anyone who is named as an assassin, a dictator or torturer is likely to have passed through the school," Lesley Gill, an academic and author ofIts ‘graduates’ included General Leopoldo Galtieri, who led the military junta in Argentina during the country’s ‘Dirty War’ that saw 30,000 people "disappear".
