THAT'S RIGHT - A COCKTAIL, MADE WITH PERCY PIGS
Percy Pigs are one of the nation’s favourite sweets. It could even be said they’re helping us get through the lockdown, asAn Instagrammer – emmasbakesandcocktails – may just have upped the sweet’s game even further, though, turning the sweet swines into a delicious looking cocktail.
Calling the drink the Pigtini, Emma used the M&S Percy Pig flavoured dessert sauce along with some Tequila Rose liqueur and ice cream. Emma, who started documenting some of the delicious creations she’s made during lockdown, says this is ‘a dessert than a drink, but so so good’. It certainly looks it.
Even better still, the drink can be turned into a mocktail if you leave out the liqueur, so you can adapt it for children.
