No tables, no chairs! Chick-fil-A is preparing to open a first-of-its-kind grab-and-go restaurant in New York City that’s looking to make fast food even faster. NBC’s Emile Ikeda gets an exclusive first look for TODAY.
The Chick-fil-A cows’ latest ploy to get customers to eat more chicken is giving winners of an online game weekly free food rewards. The game, Code Moo, went live in the Chick-fil-A app on July 22 and will run through Aug. 17, according to a press release. There is also a four-minute animated short film starring Carrots, Sarge and Daisy — the chain’s fleet of animated cow characters — which is available to watch online and in the app.
It described the game as allowing players to “hit the racetracks in a four-course mission to help stop Circus Burger and spread the Cows’ ‘Eat Mor Chikin’ message, choosing their favorite cow character and vehicle to play.” This is the second year the chain has released a film and game. For anyone who participated in 2023, there are new missions involving speedy tractors every Monday.
