If you’re running around trying to use Winter Soldier as a straight shooter, you won’t find much success as he only had three bullets in his gun before needing to reload. But, when you combine this with your arm abilities, your weapon will recharge. Combining these will rack up kills, rinsing through enemy attackers, but you will still struggle against Vanguards. Winter Soldier also doesn’t have the best mobility, with no options to move around quicker, so picking a fight you can’t win will quickly go badly as you can’t escape.
Where this character shines, though, is his Kraken Impact Ultimate ability, which can be instantly recharged when used appropriately. When you are in the latter stages of a match, and plenty of characters are low on health, you can easily wipe out a whole team by resetting the Ultimate with each kill. This move makes the Winter Soldier one of the best characters in the game.
