Prices subject to change.Left to run rampant, Disease can lead to absent workers and even the death of citizens, reducing the productivity of Extraction, Logistics, Food, and Industrial Districts. As these are vital to keeping your stock of resources sufficiently high to ward off the cold, you’ll need to keep a close eye on and manage Disease to survive.
To reduce Disease, you’ll need to meet the Heat and Shelter demand to ward off Cold problems, ensure you meet Food demand in your city, and keep Squalor low to ensure workers don’t get sick. Additionally, you can also cure Disease by researching and building Hospitals in Housing Districts.Make sure you have enough Housing Districts to shelter your whole population. It’s worth overdoing this by always having a few extra vacant spots in case you get an influx of people or your population grows.
