Select a team to run. Ideally, for relocation, this is either a team with a bad stadium or a low OVR rating. Be sure to click change ‘Change Role’ and choose ‘Owner’, not ‘Player’. The type of owner you are is largely inconsequential to the goal of relocation.Simulate through to Week 1 of the regular season. You can skip the entire preseason by choosing “simulate to the regular season” or go week by week.This will begin the process, but it does take some time. You then have to select a location , a team name, a jersey, and more. You also, as the owner of this team, must start the work on a new stadium.
