Select the skill on the left, then pick one of the support options to finalize the gem. Captured by VideoGamerYou will sometimes see an Uncut Support Gem dropping, most often from bosses and rare enemies. They seem to be slightly less common thanin our experience in Path of Exile 2 so far. You can use an Uncut Support Gem by right-clicking it in your inventory. This will open a selection window where you can choose one of your skills. Each has several Support Skills associated with it.
