The Princess of Wales will be honouring the late Queen in the carol service.
, the Princess of Wales hosted the Together At Christmas carol concert at Westminster Abbey for members of the royal family and the ‘inspirational guests’. This is the second year that Kate has hosted the service and in honour of the late Queen, Kate paid homage to the values of duty, empathy, faith, service, kindness, compassion that she embodied.
Ahead of the concert, Kensington Palace said, ‘the service will see the world-renowned Westminster Abbey choir perform some of the nation’s most beloved carols, including ‘O Come, All Ye Faithful’, which was selected through a public poll earlier this month. The carols will sit alongside musical performances by guests including Craig David, Alexis French and Samantha Barks, and a special duet from Alfie Boe and Melanie C.
