The Health and Safety Executive have provided an update after initially making enquiries. Millie Taylor, 13, lost her toe whilst queuing for the Toxic ride at the Ayr Show.
Health and Safety chiefs say they will NOT be launching a probe into the horror fairground incident that left a teenage girl without a toe.
Mum Ashley Clark, 35, has demanded answers after she watched her daughter limp off from the ride and witnessed her daughter's bone "hanging out" of her trainers in the aftermath of the event that occurred on Saturday, September 9. We can reveal that the Health and Safety Executive have also pulled back from any investigation, despite making "initial enquiries."
The local authority - the Ayr Show organisers - said they believed any investigation would be carried out by the HSE. But the HSE say they won't be pursuing the case which they say does not meet their selection criteria.
