7NEWS: Melbourne Airport security breach results in delays after traveller bypasses scans

It’s understood airport security had to review all of its CCTV in order to find the passenger and the bag.The security section was closed for 50 minutes however has now reopened.

Flights were also grounded to ensure the passenger had not boarded a plane without being scanned.All the grounded flights have now taken off, and the security section has now reopened.
