BREAKING - 30 firefighters are at the scene and people are being urged to avoid the area
A huge blaze has broken out in Haslingden with six fire engines at the scene.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service are responding to the incident this morning on Carrs Industrial Estate and plumes of black smoke can be seen for miles. It was first reported at 9.05am and involves a commercial building on Commerce Street. The road is closed in both directions between Todd Hall Road and Booth Street and the blaze is causing disruption to traffic in the surrounding area. People are being urged to avoid the area.
