The house is the perfect base for a luxurious break
Nigel Porter, property and real estate director, said:"We are very excited by the launch of Cuckney House. It took two years of painstaking restoration work and huge amounts of patience to complete the project.
"For me, the interior design and the quality of the craftsmanship stand out. But of course, it is the backdrop of the Welbeck Estate and all that it offers here on the Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire border that adds that magical quality and sets it apart." The house comes complete with its own tennis court, giant garden chess set, outdoor table tennis, a vast outdoor kitchen terrace with two barbecues, a wood-burning pizza oven and hot tubs. Inside there is a dining room that can set up to 28 people, a function room for 48 guests and a cosy bar.
Two nights' rental starts from £6,200 in low season - or £200 per person based on 31 people staying. Prices rise to £8,600 during the high season.A general view of Cuckney House.
