United Utilities have warned residents may may have low water supply until repairs are completed
Footage shows the moment a huge jet of water erupts onto a major Manchester road after a water pipe burst.
Roadworks are currently underway on the section of the A663 Broadway, which runs from Manchester to Oldham. The road remains open.READ MORE: Man charged following death of beloved grandad after A6 crash “In the meantime, we are diverting water into the area from other parts of the pipe network and residents may also see our water tankers out and about pumping water directly into the system. This will restore water supplies for most customers who have been affected but a small number may continue to have no water or just a trickle until the pipe repair is finished.
