Hundreds of people have gathered in Belfast, Derry and Dublin for vigils in memory of Brianna Ghey
., while crowds assembled outside the Guildhall in Derry and at The Spire on O’Connell Street in Dublin.
Brianna was transgender, but police said on Sunday that"at this time, there is no evidence to suggest the circumstances surrounding Brianna's death are hate related". The Rainbow Project is a health organisation for LGBTQIA+ people and their families in Northern Ireland.
