If built, the project would produce 240 units in what is being described as a “100% affordable, multifamily building” at the corner of Warm Springs Boulevard and South Grimmer Boulevard, according to the city documents. “Maracor Development acquires and develops residential, commercial and retail properties in targeted market areas,” the company states on its website.
