The victim was followed by a small group of people at Kings Cross railway station when boarding a train to the Scottish capital.
Police are hunting for a gang who allegedly stole £200,00 worth of jewellery from a passenger aboard a train to Edinburgh .
After the victim placed their bag down, two of the group distracted the victim whilst another person snatched the bag and left the train.
