An appeals court has refused Tuesday to halt Hunter Biden’s federal gun trial, which is set to begin in two weeks.

Defense attorneys are also appealing a separate decision from U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika rejecting a claim that the case violates the Constitution’s Second Amendment on firearm ownership.after a judge raised questions about it. Biden was subsequently indicted by Justice Department special counsel David Weiss in both Delaware and California, where he's accused of failing to pay at least $1.
