The remnants of Hurricane Lee are set to hit this country over the next few days after it wreaked havoc on the USA.
The tailend of Hurricane Lee is set to hit the UK this week after the storm battered part of the USA and Canada, the Met Office has warned.
The Mirror reports that Hurricane Lee has killed one person in the USA - a man in Maine who died after a tree fell on his vehicle. Met Office meteorologist Jonathan Vautrey said: "It is certainly worth keeping up to date with the forecast. It is worth checking those things immediately before you head out on your journey so that you are aware where the most severe thunderstorms are possible.
