Hurricane Lorenzo set to batter Britain this week - and there will be snow
THE UK is braced for one of Europe's strongest-ever hurricanes which will bring 80mph gales, 16ft waves and SNOW next week. The tail-end of 600-mile wide Lorenzo will batter Britain with 150mm of rain - with the Met Office branding the storm a "real beast.
