Jemma was laid to rest at a service of thanksgiving for her life on Sunday
The husband of Co Tyrone woman Jemma McGowan who lost her battle with cancer this week has paid tribute to his ‘warrior’ wife who was a ‘truly unique’ person.
“Jemma was a warrior who will remain in the memories of thousands, and in Clive, Sadie, Louis and Betty, because so much of her life has been documented and recorded for her babies to see and look back on,” Rev Canon Quinn said. “Jemma will always be remembered, talked about by those who knew her and loved her, she was truly unique.”
“All Jemma wanted was to be a mummy and a wife, and although Clive and her kids had to share her a little with her followers online, she had time to do so much with her family in her final two years.“She always wished to pass away in her own home and with her husband and children beside her.
