The voice of every Royal occasion
BBC newsreader Huw Edwards has had a 'glow up' in recent years, as he's shed an impressive three stone following a diet and exercise blitz in 2019.
He added: "So maybe my boxing workouts will now have to go up to two a week… I am now down to one a week, as well as one run a week." He swears by just two boxing sessions a week. The presenter also undergoes suspension training, which uses gravity and your body weight to work the muscles. After falling in love with his buff frame, the father-of-five told The Sun: "I feel better than I have for years and it's great getting so many compliments."
