Budget retailer Primark is selling a handbag that looks very similar to one sold by the designer brand Balenciaga - but for a fraction of the price - so I decided to visit Liverpool’s Primark to see it for myself.
The handbag has attracted a lot of attention on social media since it was featured in a TikTok by @latestdeals recently and the video has received more than 237.5K views. The video shows ‘6 Primark Handbag Dupes You Need To Know About’.The Primark product description for the bag read: “This grab bag is a must-have this season. Fashioned with two handles, a faux croc leather texture and zipper fastening, this bag came just in time for brunchin’ season.
The Primark Croc Mini Tote Bag features a similar design to the Balenciaga Hourglass crocodile-embossed shoulder bag. From the first look, the colours of the two bags are identical.I couldn't believe the handbag was priced at £8 as the quality of the faux leather was amazing. The bag was also extremely sturdy which I loved as it wouldn't lose its shape.
The sizing of the bag is just big enough to fit in all essentials on a night out such as your phone, purse and bits of makeup. I fell in love with the colour of the bag, it would brighten up any neutral coloured outfit or would stand out with a brightly coloured outfit.
