Josh Taylor guarantees that he will fight Jack Catterall again
“I got the injury, tore the tendon in the plantar fascia of my foot,” Taylor explained.
“I completely tore the tendon away from the bone, it’s quite a nasty injury, so I obviously I couldn’t fight.“And the rest is down to Ben Shalom, not getting the fight rescheduled. He got Jack a fight on March 25 and the week after I get an email from the WBO saying I’ve been mandated to fight Teofimo Lopez.”
Responding to comments from Catterall, Taylor added: “He’s not very intelligent, Jack. He always seems to want to fight me when I’m not at my best. “I don’t know why he wants to fight my with an injury. He knows that when I’m at my best he won’t be able to beat me.”Jordan responded: “But Josh I’m gonna pick you up on this, and you’re not gonna like it.“It’s been a year since you guys went in the ring. He can’t wait for you, he’s got to get out again, so it’s all well and good you pointing the finger at Ben.
