‘Normally it’s always been about my body. I’ve never ever ever had to worry. Everyone used to say, “You wait until you get to 40” I was like, “Nah. I just eat what I want”. But overnight’s it’s just changed.As the rest of the Loose Women panel, including Ruth Langsford and Nadia Sawalha, tried to reassure her, Katie continued: ‘I’ve got a mum body. I’ve seen the pictures.‘I’ve joined a gym but all I go on about is the spa there and the treatment.
‘I keep going there, lying on their day bed and eating.
