So what's his secret? A consistent breakfast routine packed with protein and healthy fats. The TikTok user @ketorecipes, who boasts a following of 1.7 million, shared his tip with his audience. In his viral recipe video, he starts with a base of cottage cheese, followed by medium boiled jammy eggs, cooked for eight and a half minutes.
The clip racked up 283,000 likes and 1,800 comments since its online debut. One viewer commented: "Eggs in the morning keep you full all day." While another praised: "Jammy eggs are really good."
