A dad whose lunchtime butty habit saw his weight balloon has revealed how he managed to shed four stone in just four months.
Feeling unhappy in his appearance, Anthony knew he had to make a change when he could no longer fit into his clothes. “I feel fantastic, mentally and physically,” he told the Manchester Evening News. “I just wasn’t happy and clothes that used to fit me didn’t fit anymore.Anthony, who joined Slimming World back in February, says another major reason he put weight on was not prepping meals. “At dinner at work, I would just buy stuff,” he said. “Now I meal prep all my lunches and make my breakfast and lunch the evening before.
