A super healthy 55-year-old grandmother says one specific food has allowed her to stay in shape, no matter her age
Can you be 55 and look 28? That's the case for Andrea Sunshine, a London grandmother who is a fitness enthusiast and gym goer, spending up to eight hours a day exercising. Her muscular physique and youthful appearance have led to her being mistaken for her daughter's 28-year-old sister.
The grandmother says she eats eggs every day. To keep up with her strict snack routine, she even takes them on dates, she shares. 'When I’m away from home for a while, I put my eggs in a Tupperware or a zip-top bag and take them with me – no matter where I go.'
