The exposing elements in the I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! jungle got the better of some campmates after torrential rain flooded camp. One celeb who felt the harsh realities and was overcome with emotion was Melvin Odoom , who was quickly supported by his fellow campers.
Former boxer Barry McGuigan also said: "In my entire 63 years of life, I have never ever seen such rain, never!" However, during the night, Kiss Radio DJ Melvin woke to his hammock completely soaked through, leading him to take cover and catch some sleep in the Bush Telegraph. Barry rushed to offer support, comforting him with a hug and some words of encouragement. He said to Melvin: "You’ll be alright, you’re gonna be absolutely fine. We’re all here for you, anytime you want us to help you or talk to you whatever. You can do it, you’re tough as hell I’m telling you!"
