'I’m a cleaning whizz and here’s how to get your yellowed sheets white again'
“Take ½ a cup of salt, and mix it with ⅓ cup of bicarbonate of soda in 1 litre of boiling hot water. Mix the solution until everything is dissolved. Then take your bedding and add it to roughly 1 gallon of warm to hot water.
"This can be done either by hand wash, or you can put your bedding in a hand wash cycle in your machine if possible. With either method be sure to then add your 1 litre solution to the rest of the water. "If you are hand washing, let the mixture soak for 30 minutes before removing. If in a washing machine, place it on a low spin cycle with a long rinse setting. Before you know it your bed sheet will be sparking white again!”
