Rather than decanting food into glass containers to match popular Instagram home aesthetics, she advised having big boxes to throw everything into. You can categorise each box depending on what food you have, such as one for pasta and rice, another for sauces and another for tins.
“It keeps things uniform, it keeps it neat and aesthetic, but we don’t have to do the upkeep of the decanting,” Turton said.“I want you to go as far as always having a spare box of coat hangers in the bottom of your wardrobe,” she said. “Because then, again, the floordrobe’s out.
