"On checking the peephole, he saw Elder and heard him shouting threats 'I'm gonna stab you, you're dead'." An"alarmed" Mr Stachowiak contacted the police who attended to find Elder still at the door making death threats.Sentence was deferred pending background reports until next month by Sheriff Paul Reid.
