After seeing the viral ‘Nutella Lava Cake’ pop up on my TikTok several times, I couldn’t wait any longer to try and make it myself.
Melt-in-the-middle chocolate desserts are up there in my top five desserts, with crème brulee's being number one but I don’t think I will be attempting to make those any time soon.The recipe was shared on TikTok by @rachel.hornibrook who shares ‘Recipes, Holiday & Hotel Foodie Guides’. The video was captioned: “Nutella Lava Cake, just five ingredients and less than 10 minutes in an airfryer=dessert heaven.
How to: Firstly, add an egg to the Nutella and mix until smooth. Then add the flour and milk and again mix together. To finish, sprinkle chocolate chips and pop the dish into the air fryer for 8 minutes. If you’re impatient like me, I kept opening the air fryer every two minutes to see how it was getting on.
