"I'm sitting in bed. The voices have started. I can hear shouting, but I can't make out what they’re saying. It sounds like it’s coming from all around me. It won't stop. I’ve turned on my laptop and found the easiest, light hearted programme I can find,. It reminds me of my childhood, before the voices started. If I can focus on this maybe the voices will leave me alone.
