The ultimate time-saving home workout We’re all for finding inventive ways to keep fit, particularly if doing so from the comfort of our own homes, and according to shoppers this vibrating plate is giving them one hell of a workout. In fact, some go so far as to say that 15 minutes on the curiously-named Vibrostation is like an hour working out.
‘Honestly, if I didn’t know better, I would think I was jelly on a plate. It’s not an incredibly dignifying means to exercise, onward we review, right? ‘It was pretty easy just, well, standing there watching TV while vibrating. I didn’t break a sweat, but after 10 minutes I stepped off and could feel my legs shaking for a good few minutes. Almost like I had sea legs.
