With the sun now shining, many of us are looking to whip out summer dresses, shorts and skirts, while thousands are jetting off to hotter climates abroad. But for those of us who haven't got a holiday booked, or want to achieve a natural glow before heading off, there's a viral £4 self-tanning solution which has already been praised by thousands of beauty buffs.
Here's what Alexandra said: Now I am very fair-skinned and I never ever tan. Summer for me consists of continually applying factor 50 or going pink, then red, then peeling. I hate using tan mousse during hot weather, and it leaves faint red streaks on my bedding. I opted for the light to medium bottle, as I didn’t want to wake up and have turned into Ross from Friends. I decided to use the bottle for a week, using it three times as I didn’t want to completely use it up in one go.
I woke up the next morning and immediately noticed a difference in my skin tone. The colour was natural, but not too orange. But most importantly it was a sun-kissed, glowy tan with no streaks in sight. And of course you can add more layers for a deeper colour, but you’ll probably want to opt for the medium to dark product. This is honestly the best gradual fake tan I have used.
