'I was slapped with a £4k energy bill for one month - I was given no explanation'

According to an online chat with Ovo, he says he was told the amount was due to a “balance adjustment” from SSE but he has been unable to contact them over the phone. "I had to contact someone at the company to find out I had been overcharged. If it isn't a mistake, it's definitely their fault.
