A SIZE 26 bride-to-be has shed 10 stone before her wedding day after years of comfort snacking and over-eating.
Claire told Fabulous Digital: "When I was at my heaviest I would never have had the confidence to walk down the aisle. But my weight loss has totally transformed me.It was only when she met husband-to-be Matthew, now 50, that Claire found the support she needed to start her weight loss journey.She said: "I was a chunky child and in my early 20s I was about a size 14 which was fine. But I just got bigger and bigger. Any food I could find I'd put in my mouth.
Claire met Matthew in 2013 and joined her local Slimming World group a year later with Matthew's support. "My Slimming World group in Cwmdare became like my family too. My consultant, Lauren was so supportive I asked her to be my bridesmaid."
