The rot starts at the top. Party leaders can’t be sure that doddery Joe Biden will manage to complete a TV interview without drifting off, as he did recently on MSNBC television, when asked if First Lady Jill Biden thinks he should run for office again in 2024. I’m guessing Dr Biden thinks it’s time for her husband to call it quits.
The thrill of hearing Obama’s voice again was soon replaced by the sinking feeling that his fleeting appearance would only serve to remind everyone how dull and tongue-tied the rest of them are. Unfortunately, stroke or no stroke, many Democrat candidates fighting other key races aren’t performing much better.
