After the French Open banned alcohol with strict new rule designed to combat rowdy fans, British tennis star Liam Broady has backed the decision and explained his own experiences.
The Polish star came out on top at Roland Garros with a 6-2 6-1 victory over Italian Jasmine Paolini on Saturday.Victory in the French Open means that the 23-year-old has already won five career grand slams, with four of them coming at Roland Garros.
Swiatek equals the record of Monica Seles and Justine Henin, who were previously the only two women to win three straight titles in Paris during the Open era.
