The city of El Cerrito is developing its Hillside Natural Area Fire Resilience and Forest Conservation Management Plan as a way of establishing a comprehensive fire hazard reduction and vegetation management strategy to guide the city’s fire fuel reduction, native forest conservation and maintenance activities.City staff and the consulting team have begun gathering data and conducting assessments.
