Starting wages at In-N-Out in California range from $22 to $23 per hour, based on location, which is slightly higher than the mandated minimum wage, according to KTVU. Under the law, the minimum wage rose from $16 to $20 an hour for restaurants that have at least 60 locations nationwide, except those that make and sell their own bread.
