The Summer Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) has finally revealed its eight exciting films to look forward to this April! READ:

About Us But Not About UsCast: Romnick Sarmenta, Elijah CanlasDirector: Joven TanProducer: MAVX Productions Inc.Producer: Quantum Films, CineKo Productions, Brightlight ProductionsCast: Enchong Dee, Keempee De Leon, Awra Briguela, Xilohuette, Maris Racal, Kalad KarenCast: Yoo Min-Gon, Bela PadillaCast: Carlo Aquino, Eisel SerranoSurprisingly, there were no horror or action movies that made it to the inaugural filmfest. There were 33 entries submitted for consideration to the committee.
The criteria for judging are: artistic excellence , commercial appeal , Filipino cultural sensibility , and global appeal . Based on rules, stars participating in the summer filmfest are obliged to join the parade and promote their films. If not, they will be penalized, organizers said.
