People in Salford have a sense of things going wrong
“I grew up in the shadow of the dark satanic mills, at a time when they made textiles, and now I live in the shadow of dark satanic apartment blocks,” says George Tapp, 75, a retired electrician and former councillor, who lives in Ordsall in Salford, Greater Manchester.
