Un incendio en una instalación de almacenamiento de energía en Otay Mesa que alberga baterías de iones de litio provocó una advertencia de evacuación para las empresas cercanas y órdenes de refugio en una prisión estatal el miércoles, dijo un funcionario de Cal Fire.
